Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct residents' care assessments and update service plans • Administer medications safely following Extendicare policies • Coordinate care conferences and facilitate resident transfers • Supervise medication audits and self-medication assessments • Manage resident care assignments for nursing staff

Requirements: • Registered Nurse license in the applicable Province/State • Experience with seniors and care providers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Robust communication and critical thinking skills • Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
