What you will be doing:

- Define and drive overall Product strategy and priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management team.
- Own and evolve Product roadmaps based on customer, market, and business needs.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and evolving requirements.
- Support Product commercialization, launches, positioning, and growth.
- Help advance the company’s data, analytics, AI, and software capabilities.

What you must have:

- Product Management Leadership:12+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and Product teams within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.




- Energy & Commodities Experience:Robust experience within energy, commodities, utilities, or a closely related industry.
- Data & Analytics Products:Significant experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or software products from strategy and roadmap through development, launch, and adoption.
- Commercial Product Experience:Proven experience bringing new products and capabilities to market, including customer discovery, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and commercialization.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience withAI/ML, advanced analytics, or data-driven products.

Salary/Rate Range: $220,000.00 – $250,000.00
