Fiera Capital is seeking a Global Regulatory Compliance Counselor to oversee compliance programs, AML/ATF oversight, and KYC obligations. This hybrid role requires expertise in regulatory frameworks and the capacity to enhance client management processes.

Reporting to the Manager of Global Regulatory Compliance, this role focuses on executing the Canadian client management compliance program. Key responsibilities include monitoring compliance controls, improving existing processes, and conducting employee training on compliance matters. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations and address any compliance deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Execute monitoring and testing of compliance controls • Perform surveillance on KYC and suitability processes • Conduct client due diligence questionnaire reviews • Review Canadian marketing collateral for compliance • Participate in regulatory examinations and requests

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration • Minimum five years in regulatory compliance • Robust knowledge of compliance frameworks • Excellent communication skills in French and English • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
