As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day operations at CN Rail’s main terminal and coordinate maintenance for railcars and locomotives. Your responsibilities will cover coaching unionized staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational metrics, and managing inspections. You may also respond to remote line locations when necessary, showcasing your robust problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory mechanical role
• 3 years of relevant railroad experience
• High School Diploma or higher education in engineering
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Familiarity with safety and operational regulations
