About the OpportunityLead and develop a team of AR and AP professionals across Canada and the US, setting performance goals, running one‑on‑ones, and building accountability for daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables across both functionsOwn aged AR and aged AP reporting and a full KPI framework covering collections effectiveness, DSO, DPO, dispute resolution, and payment accuracy, reporting trends and risk areas to senior finance leadership on a regular cadenceDrive process improvement and automation across cash application, collections, and vendor payment workflows, including leading the selection and rollout of a new AP tracking and approvals system and partnering with IT on AI‑driven automation for cash posting and collections outreachAbout YouA finance operations leader with 5+ years in AR and/or AP, including experience supervising a team, ideally across multiple locations or regionsComfortable building and reporting on KPIs,
