As a Product Designer for Clio, you’ll join a growing team focused on improving the Document Management System (DMS). This role includes working in-office at least twice a week and engaging in collaborative design processes while responding to customer feedback. You'll enhance your design skills in a supportive environment, making substantial contributions to a platform that serves legal professionals across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own UI and interaction execution for DMS projects
• Collaborate closely with the DMS design team




• Gather customer feedback for ongoing iterations
• Explore AI integration within document workflows
• Support research initiatives towards independent studies
Requirements:
• 4+ years of Product Design experience
• Solid visual and interaction design skills
• Hands-on approach with multiple design responsibilities
• Experience conducting research studies
• Understanding of systems thinking in design decisions
