SCHEDULE:

40 hours per week

Monday-Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:





1-2 years of experience in dental office management or dental administration is ideal

Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)

Robust written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers

Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes

Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy

Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Customer service mindset
