Key Responsibilities:
• Accept new caseloads and address occupational performance issues • Work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team • Mentor Occupational Therapy students effectively • Supervise team support personnel in compliance with guidelines • Engage in continuous quality improvement efforts
Requirements: • Must be registered in positive standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • Willingness to obtain MoCA training within a month • Experience managing diverse adult patient conditions • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Experience with seating and wound care is a plus
