As a valued Senior Account Manager at Axis Insurance, you will engage in fostering strong client relationships and working closely with the Account Executives. Key Responsibilities:
• Attend client meetings to discuss account statuses
• Obtain critical underwriting information from clients
• Submit documentation to underwriters for renewal bids
• Provide friendly service while managing requests and inquiries
• Identify insurance gaps and propose solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial insurance field
• Must have General Insurance Agent Level 2
• Asset designations: CAIB, CIP, CRM preferred
• Educational background: post-secondary degree an asset
• EPIC broker management system experience is beneficial
