Lead and manage all installation operationsSupervise and manage Installation TechniciansManage multiple installation projects each monthOrder and release equipment through the factory and customer serviceCoordinate project schedules with end-user customersMeet established goals and growth objectives under the Operations Leader or District ManagerSupervise and delegate responsibilities to administrative personnelDevelop and maintain relationships with healthcare and retail end-users, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliersMaintain communication with the factory regarding backlog and job release/work in progressLiaise between factory, sales, and project teamsCollaborate continually with Sales to determine labor hours and project marginsReview projections and forecast reports frequentlyMonitor project performance and forecast work in progressEnsure labor and margin targets are metRequirementsHigh School Diploma requiredAA, BA, BS preferredEffective communication skillsPrior experience directly managing/supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction IndustryExperience planning and completing contracted jobs in the Construction IndustryPrior experience supervising Administrative personnel for scheduling, ordering, and coordinating installation activitiesFlexibility to work varying schedules,



including different hours and weekends if necessaryPrior experience installing electromechanical products desiredExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience developing relationships with General Contractors and End-Users across Retail, Healthcare, Government, and additional sectorsExperience working with subcontractorsExperience dealing with vendors and suppliers for proper ordering and timely product supplyAbility to read and interpret construction specifications and drawingsExperience establishing monthly forecasting and resultsComputer experience with Microsoft Office and BaanCore CompetenciesDemonstrates solid leadership in managing installation operations and supervising teams, with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building across various sectors.
