AgeCare in Ontario is seeking a Social Service Worker to support residents and families with move-in processes, transitions, finances, concerns and access to community resources.
You will work under the Director of Care, contribute to CQI, report on services, and help update policies. A Diploma in Social Service Work and a minimum of one year of relevant health-care experience are required; long-term care experience is preferred. Salary ranges 59,000 to 63,000 CAD per year.
