- • Support the agency’s President, Managing Director and other senior leaders with calendar coordination, meeting preparation, record-keeping and occasional business-related errands
- • Order and restock office supplies, equipment and snacks
- • Liaise with building management, IT support and other service providers
- • Assist with planning and execution of internal meetings and company events, including the annual Craft Summer Party and Craft Offsite
- • Develop and deliver office-wide communications
- • Support occasional client needs, including packing mailers, coordinating shipments and running event-related errands
- • Keep the office welcoming, organized and efficient

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep everything and everyone on track
- Adaptable and quick-thinking in a quick-moving environment
- Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information
- Proactive and resourceful
- Team-oriented and eager to support colleagues
- Warm and welcoming toward colleagues, clients and guests
- Standard First Aid and CPR/A certification, or willingness to obtain it
