Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you'll work with senior leadership across departments to implement effective governance and frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of Enterprise Architecture and Performance Management frameworks • Align technology solutions with organizational strategies across departments • Prepare reports and presentations for Council and Executive teams • Identify opportunities for digital modernization and innovation • Ensure strong governance in technology planning and delivery
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 8 years of IT experience, with 5 years in a leadership role • Experience in IT strategy development and governance • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities
