Arcadis is seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance the Cost Management team’s impact on projects across Canada. You will lead efforts in cost estimation and control, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and fostering effective contractor relationships. This role offers you the chance to shape project outcomes and provide strategic insights throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee project cost plans and budgets
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost reviews
• Manage variations and claims efficiently




• Facilitate tendering processes and evaluate procurement strategies
• Present commercial insights to diverse stakeholders
Requirements:
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional qualifications (CIQS or RICS) preferred
• Proficiency in cost management and estimating software
• Knowledge of Canadian construction and sustainability codes
• Experience estimating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems is an asset
