A degree in agriculture, business, commerce or finance At least four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Proven experience with business development and consultation Knowledge of industry trends,
lending, marketing and sales practices Understanding of corporate structures and program management Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) Experience with credit and risk analysis is preferred Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset Core Competencies
