East Penn Canada seeks a dedicated professional to handle payroll for 400 employees across multiple provinces, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will manage benefits enrollment, leaves, and conduct onboarding education sessions. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of payroll and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer bi-weekly payroll accurately for hourly and salary employees • Maintain employee payroll data, including hires and terminations • Prepare ROEs, T4s,
and year-end filings as required • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits • Support annual compensation cycles via report preparation
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in payroll and perks administration • Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems, Ceridian Dayforce preferred • Strong MS Excel skills for data management • Organizational skills and attention to detail • PCP designation is an asset
