Join an innovative team at Whole Leaf, located near Coaldale, Alberta, where you’ll work from Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. You'll focus on quality as you manually harvest and package lettuce while ensuring productivity standards are surpassed. Previous experience is an asset, but training will be provided for necessary skills like forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manually harvest and package lettuce daily
• Inspect products for quality and remove defects




• Stack and label pallets of produce efficiently
• Move finished pallets into storage using pallet jacks
• Perform additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• No prior experience required, greenhouse experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely
• Reliable transportation to the greenhouse
• Must pass a background check
• Willingness to work in hot, humid conditions
