At Taunton Mills, we're looking for a dedicated driver with a clean F-license and a minimum of three years' experience. This role focuses on safely transporting our residents on engaging activities while supporting our Recreation Team. Drivers must be at least 25 years old and ready to interact meaningfully with the residents during each outing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate the Village Bus or Van
• Assist residents during excursions and activities
• Work alongside team members on group outings
• Stop at multiple sites for sightseeing and engagement
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness for resident safety
Requirements:
• Valid and clean F-license for 3+ years
• Age requirement of at least 25 years
• Genuine interest in elder care and community
• Robust communication skills with residents
