Overview Our client is seeking an IT Implementation Manager to support the Corporate Services division. Reporting to the Director, Architecture & IT Implementation , this role is accountable for end-to-end delivery and release readiness of technology initiatives—ensuring solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to defined quality standards , while enabling robust operational readiness and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, translating business priorities into successful execution and release outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and delivery partners across design, build, testing, deployment, and operational handoff. Own delivery governance including scope, risks/issues, change control, stakeholder communications, and status reporting. Lead the QA strategy and execution to ensure testing meets enterprise standards (functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, security). Drive test automation and CI/CD quality practices (shift-left testing, automation, quality gates, continuous improvement).
