As a Branch Floater, you'll be engaged in daily operations at Chit Chats' Mississauga location. Your role emphasizes leading the branch, supporting team motivation, and championing client satisfaction. With a focus on creating team-oriented experiences, you'll jump in where needed to optimize the workflow and improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily branch operations effectively and safely
• Create welcoming and helpful client experiences

• Ensure accurate processing of shipments in a timely manner

Requirements:
• 2+ years in retail, branch, or customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to helping others, problem-solving abilities
• Proactive and positive attitude in fast-paced settings
• Fluency in English and French
