Support children's communication health as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority in Selkirk. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to promote early identification and interventions.
This full time position focuses on Speech-Language Pathology for pediatric clients within the Selkirk Community Health. The ideal candidate will work closely with families, assessing and providing therapies for communication disorders. A Monday to Friday schedule ensures work-life balance, complemented by generous vacation and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with external agencies for client services • Promote early identification of communication disorders • Conduct assessments and develop intervention programs • Plan and implement discharge procedures for clients • Provide follow-up care and support for referred clients
Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba • Experience with pediatric clients preferred • Robust assessment and treatment skills • Good physical and mental health for extended periods
