Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our agile culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. The Line Cook will work closely with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests, adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Monitor cooking processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service




Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal assembly and service
Follow sanitation procedures and uphold health department standards at all times
Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Experience
Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is highly desirable
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen workplace demonstrating efficiency under pressure
Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and the food industry standards is advantageous
Prior kitchen experience involving food safety practices and sanitation protocols will be beneficial for success in this role

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
