We are on the lookout for dedicated tutors with a strong English background, familiar with the Ontario high school curriculum. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or B. Ed. experience. Being able to tutor additional subjects is a plus but not essential.
You will provide online sessions, monitor student progress, and partner with parents to develop personalized learning plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate online English tutoring for high school students
Assess student's current skill level and provide guidance
Collaborate with parents for personalized education plans
Assist students with homework and concept understanding
Be a relatable mentor and support figure
Requirements:
Fluent in English for effective tutoring
Bachelor’s Degree or B. Ed. achieved or in progress
Prior experience in tutoring or teaching in Ontario
Knowledge of the Ontario high school curriculum
Valuable internet access and capable computer setup
