Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our agile maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty equipment and machinery . Your expertise will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety, and reliability, contributing directly to the efficiency of our production processes.

Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles, machinery, and equipment including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, belt adjustments,



and system calibrations to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and service history.
Collaborate with other team members to analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic.
Ability to diagnose issues using analysis skills and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical faults effectively.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
