Job Summary

Responsibilities
Develop and implement eye-catching visual displays
Manage product pricing, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cash handling procedures to optimize sales performance.
Coordinate with store management on inventory levels, stock replenishment, and promotional activities.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with shoppers, answering questions about products, and promoting sales initiatives.
Maintain organizational standards for visual design, cleanliness,



and safety to create an inviting shopping environment.

Requirements
Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments.
Strong background in retail sales with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of marketing principles, schematics, pricing strategies, and visual design concepts.
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures.
Exceptional leadership qualities combined with organizational skills and time management abilities.
Familiarity with store management practices including inventory control and customer service excellence.
Administrative experience related to reporting, scheduling, or store operations is preferred.

Pay: $18.25-$26.00 per hour
