Bravada Homes is a custom home builder focused on high-quality residential construction across the Lower Mainland. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Red Seal Carpenter to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on carpentry and on-site leadership, with the ability to support project coordination and site supervision.

Responsibilities:
Perform general carpentry work (framing, finishing, and miscellaneous site tasks)
Assist with day-to-day site supervision and coordination
Manage trades and ensure work is completed to schedule and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, and suppliers
Support material takeoffs, ordering, and site logistics

Requirements:
Red Seal Carpenter certification (required)
Solid knowledge of residential construction practices




Ability to read and interpret drawings
Experience in site supervision or leadership
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have own truck
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Advantages:
Competitive compensation based on experience
Typical range: $35–$45/hour (or equivalent salary)

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
