Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian/Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including interior and exterior sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the facility
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as window washing, floor polishing, and surface disinfecting to uphold a pristine environment.
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards.
Setting up tables and chairs for meeting and events.

Requirements




Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within commercial or institutional settings is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and facilities maintenance procedures
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in all tasks performed
Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily duties effectively
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary

Pay: $17.75-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 12.0 per week
