Job Summary

We are looking for our next Operations Manager. This role is the stepping stone where you will learn the role from the ground up by managing our recent North Territory.

This will be a five day a week role with Wednesday and Sundays off.

You will be actively working on the truck building your team and learning the business from the ground up.

We are looking for people with some leadership experience either through previous work experience or Sports or other activities within the community.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial attitude where there aren't excuses, but current ways to overcome obstacles that might present themselves in your path to success.

You will start with one day a week running the whole show in the office and gradually over the next six months it will progress into more of an office role when your team is fully trained and running efficiently in the field.





You will learn all aspects of running a small business as you run a business unit for us.

For working on the trucks, you will need to have a clean class 5 license as well as the ability to work in a physical setting, be passionate about recycling and be friendly and outgoing enough to be amazing at creating a customer experience as well as selling our service to perspective clients.

The Job will take place in NW Calgary

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
