Mcgraw Seafood (2008) Inc. is looking for ambitious, adaptable, hard-working individuals to be a part of its team. McGraw Seafood, owned by Elsipogtog First Nation since 2008, processes snow crab for global markets.
Located in the heart of Tracadie-Sheila, Current Brunswick, the company employs more than 200 employees during its snow crab season. Our current processing line, a cutting-edge, 80,000-square-foot, BRC-certified processing facility, was completed in 2021.

Tasks
Cut,
clean and trim crab, lobster, redfish and steelhead trout. Remove scales. Cut fish. Separate fillets. Remove scrap parts. Check each specie to determine the ideal number and size of sections. Cut sections according to specifications. Set up and operate machines to can, bag, box, or otherwise package fish and seafood. Groundskeeper, night shift is used to clean the facility.
