Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times
Coordinate seating arrangements with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure quality standards are met before serving
Support the serving team by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting for current guests, and ensuring overall sanitation
Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items and restaurant policies




Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and billing transactions

Skills
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures
Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for productive order processing
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is a plus, including serving, meal preparation, and cleaning duties
Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and food safety protocols
Previous hotel or barista experience can be advantageous for guest services roles
Demonstrated hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
