Summary

Responsibilities

' Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, extensions, and styling.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.




Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software.
Educate clients on hair care products and aftercare.
Support team members with mentoring and training when needed.'

Qualifications

' Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hair coloring, extensions, and styling techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering preferred.
Knowledge of salon management software such as MINDBODY is a plus.
