Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Apartment Units Cleaner to join our team at MQN Janitorial cleaning.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within apartment units, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of apartment units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas within the apartments
Replace linens, trash removal, and restocking of supplies as needed
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and supplies properly
Adhere to scheduling deadlines to ensure timely turnover of units
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness consistent with company policies and resident expectations

Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning,



custodial work. is preferred
Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is desirable
