A valid driver’s license and passing a background check are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness per Bureau of Prisons standards
Prepare meals safely and attractively
Clean and mop kitchen and dining areas
Log menu discrepancies accurately
Store food safely according to regulations

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required
One year experience serving 25+ people
Must have a food handlers license
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to complete annual training
