Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and contribute to best practices across the development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, develop, test, launch, and refine innovative solutions.
Focus on delivering high-quality, scalable applications that enhance user experience and functionality.
Stay current with emerging technologies to ensure the team's technical capabilities remain cutting‐edge.
Critically evaluate current processes and proactively contribute to, or lead,
the implementation of improvement opportunities by incorporating past learnings and leveraging industry best practices.
Take a solutions‐focused approach, advocate for continuous improvement/innovation among the team, and be receptive to, solicit, and apply feedback and learnings on the job.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience as React/.NET Developer
Robust experience with APIs
Experience with agile methodology
Financial industry experience
