Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents
Prepare and administer medications according to standards
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans




Collaborate with healthcare team and families on resident needs
Provide guidance and training to care workers

Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
At least one year of experience in Geriatric Nursing
Current BCLS and Medication Administration certificates
Proven documentation and communication skills
Eligibility to work legally in Canada
