We are online retailer. We've been shipping to customers across Canada and the US for over 20 years. We're a small team, and this role is the person who makes sure every order goes out right.

What you'll do
Receive incoming shipments and enter them into our inventory system
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders — accurately, every time
Keep the stockroom organized and inventory counts correct
Work with our customer support team when orders need attention

What the job is actually like
Indoor, climate-controlled, no heavy lifting — light products. Steady daytime hours with no evenings or weekends. Small team, so you'll have real ownership of your area rather than being one of forty people on a line.

Comfortable with a computer for inventory and order entry (we'll train you on our system)
Reliable attendance; we're a small team and it matters
Able to communicate clearly in English
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Experience in shipping, warehouse, retail stock, or order fulfilment is an asset, not a requirement

Details
$20–21/hour depending on experience, reviewed after 3 months
Free parking on site; a car helps, but the location is reachable by transit
Offer is conditional on reference checks and a standard background check
