AFL is seeking a Construction Skilled Laborer committed to excellence in the fiber optics industry. In this role, you will assist with various tasks essential to AFL's operations in the fiber optics market. From managing the setup of work sites to driving equipment for daily tasks, your expertise will help maintain our high standards. Performance in this physically demanding job will also support AFL’s reputation for quality service across North America and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
Operate construction tools and equipment as needed
Support loading/unloading of essential materials
Set up safety signage and flagging protocols
Conduct regular maintenance on assigned vehicles
Complete all necessary logging and reporting paperwork Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in construction roles
Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 Driver’s License
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Ability to operate in confined spaces
