Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pharmacy Assistant with strong experience using Kroll to join our team in Mission, BC. The ideal candidate is confident working in a quick-paced environment, highly accurate, and able to manage daily pharmacy workflow with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Process prescriptions using Kroll pharmacy software
Accurately enter patient and prescription information
Prepare and label prescriptions, including compounding, under pharmacist supervision
Provide professional and efficient customer service
Manage cash register and process transactions
Receive, organize, and restock inventory
Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace
Support daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency
Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
3–5 years of pharmacy assistant experience required
Mandatory experience with Kroll pharmacy software
Robust understanding of pharmacy workflow and best practices
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable, punctual, and professional
