Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. John’s Airport is looking for a new member to join our Housekeeping team. Our culture is rooted in our values, customer service excellence, leadership accountability, and the growth of our 100% locally owned & operated hotel.

The Housekeeping team is a key department within our company. This role will contribute to the overall success of the Hotel by providing superior customer service and a safe environment for our staff and guests.

Responsibilities:
Provides superior customer service and has the passion to want to make our guests feel at home.
Follows established procedures and policies when completing tasks.
Acts as an Ambassador for our hotel
Demonstrates a customer service attitude with internal/external contacts
Description of duties & Training for cleaning,



sanitizing and inspections will be provided on site.
