Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations to ensure food safety and efficiency

Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal quality and safety of dishes
Serve dishes promptly to ensure guests receive hot,

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations

Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and sanitation practices
