Responsibilities
Design and deliver tailored English lessons that meet individual student needs and learning styles
Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance language acquisition and retention
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
Incorporate additional languages such as Mandarin, French, Spanish, or Japanese to enrich lessons when applicable
Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere that motivates students to participate actively




Adapt lesson plans dynamically based on student feedback and evolving learning objectives
Support students in developing writing skills, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational fluency

Experience
Previous experience working with children or in classroom settings is highly preferred
Proven tutoring or teaching experience in English or other languages such as French
Robust writing skills with the ability to explain language concepts clearly and effectively
Familiarity with classroom management techniques and engaging instructional strategies
Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required; fluency in English is essential
Passion for education and helping learners achieve their language goals
Experience with online or remote teaching platforms is advantageous
