Job Summary

Duties
Bake cakes, pastries, and bread
Decorate cakes and desserts with artistic techniques
Assist with food preparation tasks (mixing, slicing, assembling)
Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
Package baked goods for sale with attention to presentation
Provide friendly customer service and assist with product selections
Follow recipes and adapt for special orders or dietary needs
Work efficiently during busy hours and manage multiple tasks

Skills
Experience in cake decorating and baking




Background in food industry or restaurant preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
Ability to prepare baked goods and assist with food prep
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Experience in a kitchen environment
Attention to detail in presentation and decoration
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and regulations
