We are hiring a Front Desk Night Auditor to perform overnight accounting and auditing tasks while delivering excellent guest service.
Due to recent changes in Canada’s immigration regulations affecting the hospitality industry, we are currently considering applicants who hold Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status. We appreciate your understanding.
Schedule: Wednesday/Thursday–Saturday, 10 PM–8 AM (4 days first week, 3 days second week - 7 days/70 hours total biweekly)
NIGHT AUDITOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with guest check-ins/outs, requests, complaints, and wake-up calls
Post room charges, taxes, and unrecorded guest transactions
Process vouchers and verify all front desk and POS postings in the PMS
Ensure all transactions are accurate, supported, and correctly allocated
Verify room rates, account balances, and guest folios
Prepare next-day reservations and daily financial summaries
Track revenue, occupancy, and front office statistics
Balance daily accounts and complete end-of-day/night audit procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Knowledge of hotel operations and accounting principles is an asset
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
