Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on process equipment
Assess unit performance, executing maintenance activities (preventative, predictive & reactive).
Coordination with operations, research and management in improving performance and cost of maintenance.
Reviewing and improving spare equipment inventory, readiness & strategy
Support unit startup, operation and shutdown
Working with service suppliers to ensure availability of parts and spares for operation
Maintaining equipment spare parts list and sources to ensure adequate availability
Document maintenance activities and upkeep maintenance logs
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
433A Millwright certification is an asset, but not a requirement
Clean driver's abstract
Understanding of safety and handling processes in a chemical manufacturing setting
