Our client is a leading manufacturer of vinyl products, committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation, teamwork and a robust focus on safety. They are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join their production team and contribute to the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
Learn and perform various production processes under the guidance of experienced team leaders.
Assist with the manufacturing of vinyl liners, covers and components.
Perform tasks such as heat-seal welding, cutting, sewing, assembly, and light fabrication.
Operate hand tools, power tools, sewing machines, and semi-automated production equipment as required.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work effectively as part of a team while also completing assigned tasks independently.
Maintain a robust attention to detail and consistently meet production expectations.




Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding production needs or concerns.
Be reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when required.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment preferred.
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools such as drills and hammers.
Basic English reading and communication skills.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working with your hands and performing repetitive physical tasks.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, and remain active throughout an 8–12 hour shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Days 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Afternoons 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay: $24.21 per hour
