Duties
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and bread
Decorate cakes with professional cake decorating techniques to meet customer specifications
Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks in the kitchen
Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
Package baked items for sale or delivery, maintaining quality standards
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
Follow recipes accurately and adapt as needed for special orders or dietary requirements




Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks

Experience
Previous experience in cake decorating, baking, or food preparation is preferred
Restaurant experience or work within the food industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Experience with kitchen equipment, baking tools, and packaging materials
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
