You will be charged with documenting required maintenance checks and performing both routine and emergency repairs as needed. Ensure safety checks and maintenance records are logged
Maintain the building in a secure and functional state




Execute work orders via the Maintenance Care computer program
Oversee snow and ice removal in winter
Perform painting tasks for suites and common areas Requirements:
Completed High School education, 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Solid organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of fire and building codes mandatory
Team-oriented with a respectful communication style
