Job Summary

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, providing clear guidance and support.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and treatment sessions efficiently to optimize patient flow.
Explain treatment options, procedures, and financial arrangements with transparency and enthusiasm.
Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care plans and ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions,



treatment plans, and progress notes
Assist in billing processes by verifying insurance coverage and explaining payment options clearly to patients.
Ability to assist the dentist when required

Requirements
Prior experience working in a dental office environment is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently.
Previous experience in a dental office
Experience working with Tracker Dental Software an asset
Exceptional communication skills to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
Level 1 or 2 dental assistant

Expected hours: 28.0 – 31.0 per week
