Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, exceptional customer service skills, and a skilled attitude. Prior experience in hair styling and retail sales is preferred, along with strong communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or products.
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.




Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized care.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon industry standards through ongoing education.

Skills
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy.
Robust communication skills for engaging with clients and team members alike.
Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is a plus.
