Responsibilities
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools
Perform thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify wear, damage, or defects
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and recommended services with enthusiasm
Conduct heavy lifting of tires and related equipment safely to meet operational demands
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times
Promote additional sales opportunities by recommending appropriate tire products or services to customers
Requirements
Prior automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic understanding of automotive systems and tire maintenance procedures
Experience with sales or upselling services is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive service industry
